All LOKI beverages are hemp-derived and compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.
We only ship to states where hemp-derived THC beverages are legal. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your jurisdiction’s laws before purchasing or consuming our Products. LOKI does not guarantee that its Products are lawful in every jurisdiction and reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot legally be fulfilled.

4. Safety Disclaimer

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of Products to the shipping carrier. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds (Retail Customers)

We accept returns of unopened Products within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product.
• A $10 restocking fee applies to all post-shipment refunds.

8. Wholesale Accounts

• Orders over $1,000 qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. only).
• Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET typically ship the same business day; later orders ship the next business day.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays or incomplete deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
• Title and risk of loss transfer upon shipment.

Refunds and Returns
• Wholesale returns accepted within 30 days for defective or damaged goods.
• Returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Non-defective returns accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
